Dr. Hubbell is a clinical psychologist in the Department of Psychiatry. He completed his medical education at Antioch University New England in Keene, NH. Dr. Hubbell completed a fellowship in Psychiatry at Albany Medical Center. He is director of training for the Albany Psychology Internship Consortium, and director of the Albany Medical College Post-Doctoral Psychology Fellowship.
