Dr. Cook is a Pediatric Hospitalist who sees children age 0-18 years old at the Bernard & Millie Duker Children’s Hospital at Albany Medical Center. He sees children who are hospitalized with various medical conditions, performs pediatric sedation for minimally invasive procedures, and sees babies in the Newborn Nursery.

Dr. Cook also serves as an assistant professor of pediatrics at Albany Medical College.

Dr. Cook is originally from Portland, Maine and moved to Albany for residency. He has spent time working as a Pediatric Hospitalist both in Maine and Upstate NY. He has previously served as the President of the Capital District Pediatric Society.

When he’s not working, Dr. Cook enjoys spending time in the Adirondacks, and bringing his two Golden Retrievers to the Children’s Hospital for therapy dog visits.
