A native of the Capital Region, Dr. Singer earned her medical degree from Albany Medical College. She completed her Orthopedic Surgery residency at the University of Michigan Health System and a fellowship at Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore. Dr. Singer specializes in the treatment of foot and ankle injuries. She works with patients to address conditions and injuries such as arthritis, deformities, instability, sprains, sports-related injuries, and trauma. Her professional affiliations include membership in the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Society.
