Megan Weitzel is a physician assistant who specializes in 3D nipple and areola tattooing as part of the breast reconstruction process following cancer surgery. She also performs tattooing to correct pigment loss after gender-affirmation or breast surgeries.
In addition, Weitzel sees patients for breast reduction consultations and for consultations for excess skin removal following major weight loss. She also performs minor in-office procedures, including benign skin lesion removal.
Weitzel earned her physician assistant degree from the Center for Physician Assistant Studies at Albany Medical College and her undergraduate degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, N.Y., where she graduated magna cum laude. She attended the Sauler Institute of Tattooing in New York City for additional training in advanced 3D nipple areola tattooing.
