Matthew Leinung, MD

Dr. Leinung specializes in endocrine disorders in adults including thyroid disease, pituitary disease, diabetes, adrenal disease, and osteoporosis.

He has been the principal investigator on many research studies, and has a special interest in the hormone leptin and its potential in the management of diabetes mellitus and human obesity. His clinical research interests also include insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitoring, and transgender health.
