Dr. Bunch is a neurologist specializing in the treatment of epilepsy in Albany Medical Center’s Adult Comprehensive Epilepsy Program, which is one of just six programs in the state to be granted membership into the prestigious National Association of Epilepsy Centers (NAEC). The program also holds the NAEC’s highest designation, Level 4, which is granted to only the best academic medical centers in the country.
Dr. Bunch is available to treat adult patients with known or suspected new onset seizures. In addition, she treats adults for neurologic conditions, including headaches, tremors, movement disorders, and more.
Dr. Bunch is fellowship trained in epilepsy at both Beth Israel Deaconess and New York University School of Medicine, where she also received fellowship training in clinical neurophysiology and served as chief during her residency training. She interned in internal medicine at Hahnemann University Hospital, an affiliate of Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia. She received her medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
