Dr. Roth has extensive experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery and is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

A past president of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), Dr. Roth has also served on many of the organization’s committees, including as chair of the Government Affairs Committee and vice president of Health Policy and Advocacy.

A native of Long Island, Dr. Roth previously served as director of the Division of Plastic Surgery at Maimonides Medical Center and at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn. A former chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery at Albany Medical Center, he has also held numerous leadership positions in professional societies, including president of the New York State Society of Plastic Surgeons, president of the New York Society for Surgery of the Hand, president of the New York County Medical Society, and chair of the Plastic Surgery Section of the New York Academy of Medicine.
