With 25 years of work devoted exclusively to head and neck cancer, I find a multidisciplinary approach to caring for my patients crucial. I incorporate the expertise of my teammates in speech and swallowing therapy, radiation and medical oncology, radiology and pathology to formulate the best treatment plan for our cancer patients. Recommendations and options are discussed with each patient so that they too participate in decision making and are part of the team.
