Dr. Robeson specializes in the treatment of disorders affecting the nerves that control voluntary muscles and the nerves that communicate sensory information back to the brain, including conditions such as myasthenia gravis, neuropathy, muscular dystrophy, and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
She previously worked at the Medical University of South Carolina and Ralph H. Johnson Veteran’s Affairs Hospital, both in Charleston, S.C. Prior to that, she was at Yale-New Haven Hospital, Conn.
Dr. Robeson also serves as program director of the Neurology Residency Program at Albany Med. Her passion for teaching extends beyond the academic realm; Dr. Robeson says she feels strongly about taking the time to educate her patients about their disease and what to expect to set their minds at ease.
