Dr. Halligan, a pediatric hematologist-oncologist, has advanced training in treating childhood cancer and blood disorders. She completed her fellowship training in pediatric hematology/oncology at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. A Loudonville, N.Y., native, Dr. Halligan completed her residency in pediatrics and received her medical degree from Albany Medical College, where she also earned her doctorate and master’s degree in cardiovascular sciences.
