Dr. Cerone is a board-certified neonatologist at Albany Medical Center. She completed a Neonatology Fellowship, a Pediatric Residency, and earned her medical degree at Albany Medical College.

She is an Assistant Professor in Department of Pediatrics, and a member of the Ethics Review Committee at Albany Medical Center.

She received an MS in Cardiovascular Sciences from Albany Medical College and an MD from Albany Medical College. Her special areas of interests include the ethics surrounding neonatal resuscitation and end-of-life care and decision making.

At the Alden March Bioethics Institute, Dr. Cerone precepts medical students and teaches an ethics curriculum for the Pediatric Residency Program.
