Dr. Barry directs the program in retinopathy of prematurity and serves as the director of medical student education in ophthalmology at Albany Medical College. He also works as an investigator in multi-center national trials regarding pediatric ophthalmology.

Dr. Barry completed a fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He completed a residency in ophthalmology at Albany Medical College and earned his medical degree from the University at Buffalo.
