Dr. Salvant is a pediatric rheumatologist in the Department of Pediatrics at Albany Medical Center.
She is board certified in Pediatric Rheumatology. She cares for children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis, lupus, dermatomyositis, uveitis, vasculitis, familial mediterranean fever, and other conditions.
Dr. Salvant has worked at Ryan Health Women & Children’s Center in New York City and Bristol-Myers Squibb Children’s Hospital at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, during which she was awarded the Lawrence T. Taft MD 2022 Excellence in Clinical Teaching award.
Dr. Salvant completed a pediatric rheumatology fellowship at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles and a pediatric residency at Cohen Children’s Medical Center in Queens, N.Y. She earned her medical degree at SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, N.Y.
Dr. Salvant also is associate professor at Albany Medical College.
She enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, reading, and traveling as much as possible.
