If you have any questions or concerns about our hospital or care centers that cannot be resolved by your care team, please contact our Patient Relations department. The role of the Patient Relations office is to provide information and education on patient rights to patients, family members, visitors, and staff. They can address any concerns or complaints.

Language Line services are available for all of our patients. If you or a family member are a patient in our hospital, inform your nurse that an interpreter is required.
The Interpreting Services Chart is designed to assist patients and their family who do not speak or read English to identify their language. Point to your language and an interpreter will be called on your behalf. Interpreters are available free of charge.
This hotline is for reporting issues that you believe may represent acts of non-compliance, such as fraudulent or abusive billing practices, or possible violations of federal or state laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
