The main parking lot and parking garage entrance are easily visible along Prospect Avenue. The campus is a short drive from the Catskill exit on I-87, and can be accessed along several routes in surrounding Columbia County.

- There is free parking at the main campus for the Emergency Department and for patients and visitors to the hospital.
- The main hospital doors lock at 8 p.m. After that time, access can be made through the Emergency Department.
- Campus Access staff are available at the Main Lobby desk and the Emergency Department entrance to assist with parking and mobility needs, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Call 518-583-8366 for assistance with parking, wheelchairs, or other access needs.
Saratoga Hospital offers free valet parking service for patients and visitors, Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 5 p.m.
If you choose to use valet parking, pull up to the kiosk located at the main entrance off Church Street. Parking attendants will help manage wheelchairs and other equipment. After 5 p.m., all cars will be moved back to the visitor’s lot in front of the hospital and keys can be picked up in our public safety office, located near the Emergency Department entrance.
