Urgent Care at Wilton offers walk-in X-ray and advanced imaging services including ultrasound, CT scans, MRI, and women’s imaging. Our patients also have easy access to all the resources of the Albany Med Health System for any follow-up or specialty care.

If you had imaging done at our facility and need a copy of your results, contact our imaging department at 518-580-2258, Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

We offer comprehensive lab services to fulfill any of your health care provider orders. Have your provider send your prescription ahead of time or you can bring it in with you, and we’ll make sure your results get to the right place as quickly as possible.
