Patient & Family Advisory Council - Glens Falls Hospital
Hospital Staff Partnering With Patients
The Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) at Glens Falls Hospital is composed of a group of individuals who are invested in partnering with the hospital staff. Members include patients and family members, physicians, nurses, the VP of Quality Management, and the coordinator of the Patient Experience Department.
Involving patients in developing safe and effective hospital programs and services has proven to be valuable, making PFACs not only popular but successful. The Council at Glens Falls Hospital was founded in December 2016 and regularly meets the first Thursday of the month.
