The Albany Med Health System has transitioned to a single, unified electronic medical record, which connects patient records for inpatient and outpatient services, scheduling, registration, and billing throughout each System hospital and clinic location. That means no matter where you seek care in the health system, your information will be readily available to all our clinical teams. MyChart is our new secure 24/7 online patient portal that allows you to easily manage your own health care, including refilling your prescriptions, managing your appointments, messaging your doctor, and more.
No, there is an option to sign up without an activation code. You can sign up now to skip the activation code.
As of Nov. 2, 2024, patients no longer have access to Healow. Portal users should create a new account in MyChart for a seamless experience. With this account, users can request medical records.
You can also request your records at any time from Columbia Memorial Health.

If you have a MyChart account with another health care organization, you will need to create one specific to the Albany Med Health System. However, you can link your accounts by logging in to MyChart through one of your organizations and go to the MyChart Menu and search for Link My Accounts. You will be able to search for the organization you want to link to and connect them.
Yes. For bills from Albany Medical Center or Albany Medical College issued on or after March 2, 2024, you can pay these directly in MyChart. For bills from Columbia Memorial Health, Glens Falls Hospital, or Saratoga Hospital issued on or after Nov. 2, 2024, you can pay these directly in MyChart.
