| Specimen Collection: | Peripheral blood – lavender top tube (EDTA). Bone marrow – preferably one sodium heparin green top or red top tube from sodium heparinized syringe or K2EDTA lavender top tube. Fresh tissue – preferred: place sample in container with flow cytometry transport media; also acceptable: container with saline. Fluid – collect in a sterile cup/container. | Reference Values: | Complete panel will include: CD45, CD2, CD3, CD4, CD5, CD7, CD8, CD10, CD19, CD20, CD22, CD23, CD26, CD38, CD56, CD57, TCR Alpha/Beta and TCR Gamma/Delta. Additional reflex testing will be performed if necessary |
