Open seven days a week, Wilton Urgent Care of Saratoga Hospital hosts urgent care, medical imaging, and lab services all in one location. This allows us to fully serve you whenever you walk through our doors.

Our emergency-trained physicians and advanced practice providers are dedicated to working with you to quickly identify, evaluate, and treat those unexpected injuries and illnesses. We are equipped to stabilize patients for a seamless transition to the emergency department, if necessary.

Wilton Urgent Care offers walk-in X-ray and advanced imaging services, including ultrasound and CT scans on-site. Not only is it a convenience for patients, but it allows us to diagnose and treat injuries and illnesses quickly, including diagnoses for:

• Sprains
• Abdominal pain
• Pneumonia & other lung conditions

If further testing is needed, we can schedule patients for follow-up, including with advanced care imaging technology right on the Wilton Medical Arts campus. We will connect patients with specialists from the Albany Med Health System if further care is needed.

Wilton Urgent Care offers quick, accurate, walk-in testing for common conditions like:

• Flu
• Mono
• Strep
• Urinary tract infections
• Covid

If you need follow-up or specialty care based on your result, we’ll connect you to all the resources available through the Albany Med Health System.

Routine (Non-Urgent) Lab Work

We can take care of routine health care provider orders, including:

• Blood work
• Urinalysis
• Metabolic panel

You can walk in or schedule an appointment in advance. Just bring your prescription with you or have your provider send it ahead of time, and we’ll make sure you and your provider get your results quickly.

Billing & Insurance

Patient financial responsibilities such as co-pays and co-insurance are due at the time of service. Your health insurance provider determines what benefits you receive. You can safely and easily make secure payments online through the MyChart Patient Portal.

If your insurance plan is not included, please call us at 518-223-0155. If you do not have insurance, we have trained navigators who will help you compare and sign up for low-cost, quality health insurance plans through the New York State of Health: The Official Health Plan Marketplace.
