Lori Ciafardoni, FNP, is a nurse practitioner with the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Albany Medical Center.
Most recently a family health nurse practitioner in a local women’s health office, Ciafardoni brings more than 25 years of OBGYN care experience to Albany Medical Center. In addition to routine gynecologic care and procedures, she provides routine and high-risk pregnancy and delivery care, postpartum care, and breastfeeding education. She also specializes in LGBTQ+ care, gender affirming hormone therapy, and same sex couple pregnancy.
Ciafardoni is a tenured associate professor of nursing at SUNY-Delhi’s online Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. She graduated from the post-masters Family Nurse Practitioner program at the Sage College of Albany.
Ciafardoni sees patients at Albany Medical Center’s Obstetrics and Gynecology offices at 1365 Washington Ave. and 391 Myrtle Ave. Albany.
Lori is from the Boston area originally. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her wife, two daughters, four cats, and snoring French bulldog. She previously owned a women’s professional football team. She loves traveling, being outdoors, and exploring new places.
