Breast health nurse navigators are available to assist patients and families as they navigate the health care system. A team of skilled nurse navigators are available to provide education, support and coordination. Navigation starts in breast imaging and, if needed, continues through to breast surgery and into survivorship. The nurses are available as a resource throughout breast care.
