Total Joint Program

Our total joint team works closely with the surgeons to optimize patients prior to surgery so they can achieve optimal outcomes and enjoy their new joint for years to come. We offer several patient-centered programs to ensure that our patients receive the very best experience and outcomes from their orthopedic surgeries. With the help of these programs, we are able to return our patients home safely, sooner. Our patients often report faster recovery times and increased restoration of function and mobility when they participate in these programs.

The Total Joint Program strives to give our patients in need of total joint replacement an exceptional patient experience through all phases of care, from the time surgery is scheduled until the patient returns home and is recuperating. Our goal is to provide patient-centered care where the patient is an active participant in their treatment plan and recovery.

Our orthopedic nurse navigator coordinates each patient’s care before, during, and after surgery and acts as a point of contact for any questions or concerns patients or their families may have. We have found that patients who take an active role in their care report having a very positive surgical experience and earlier return to the active lifestyle.
