Advocacy work focuses on health equity through social innovation and systems change work using the nationally recognized Baldrige framework.

Dr. Rodriguez-Goodemote was recognized for her work with Bosnian and Russian refugee populations by the Mohawk Valley Resource Center for Refugees. She was also awarded the Saratoga Hospital Medical Staff Community Service award and most recently the Albany Medical College PATH (Providers Aspire Toward Health Equity) award. She was named a Saratoga Today Woman of Influence for her community work and advocacy. Dr. Rodriguez-Goodemote received the Albany Medical College Alice E. Fruehan Award for Excellence in Teaching and Clinical Precepting, and this recognition was awarded again to the entire clinician staff at the Saratoga Community Health Center recognizing staff excellence in teaching integrated community medicine.

Dr. Rodriguez-Goodemote leads the Saratoga County Communities of Excellence collaborative applying the nationally recognized Baldrige performance excellence framework to advance Health Equity for Saratoga County residents.
