Dr. Adler practices the full spectrum of obstetrics and gynecologic care, including well-woman exams, contraceptive counseling, evaluation and management of abnormal uterine bleeding, antenatal and postnatal care, adolescent, pediatric, and menopausal care. She utilizes minimally invasive gynecologic surgery to treat disease including placenta accreta spectrum disorder.
Dr. Adler serves as the Diversity Equity and Inclusion chair for both the department and the residency program. She has created a DEI curriculum and assists in quarterly departmental sessions to raise awareness on racial disparities in women’s health care.
As an associate residency program director, Dr. Adler oversees the didactic curriculum including lectures, simulations and standardized patients. She has a strong interest in the education of students and residents and serves as a mentor to many.
Board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Adler completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Albany Medical Center. She earned her medical degree from the State University of New York - Upstate Medical University.
