Dr. Duncan specializes in emergency medicine and is an associate professor of Emergency Medicine and Surgical Critical Care at Albany Medical College. He is the division chief of Emergency Critical Care in the Division of Emergency Trauma Services. He is the assistant program director of the Resuscitation and Emergency Critical Care Fellowship.

Dr. Duncan also serves as the extracorporeal life support medical director for Life Net of New York, which provides air transportation to medical facilities for patients across the state.

Dr. Duncan is board-certified in Emergency Medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
