Dr. Nagle is a board-certified Pediatric Hospitalist at the Bernard & Millie Duker Children's Hospital. He is also the Program Director of the Pediatrics Residency Program.

Dr. Nagle earned his medical degree at Albany Medical College, and then went on to complete a Medicine and Pediatrics Residency at Albany Medical Center. He became the chief resident for Med-Peds, then joined the faculty as Albany Medical Center's first Med-Peds hospitalist while serving four years as the Associate Program Director for the Med-Peds Program. Dr. Nagle says he learned a lot about recruitment, resident remediation, and curriculum design while revamping the inpatient Internal Medicine curriculum and the General Pediatrics research curriculum (which would become PedSTAR). In 2016, he was offered the opportunity to become the Program Director.
